Our stay at the resort came with some ups and downs. The beachfront location was stunning, and we loved the view from our room. Unfortunately, we faced multiple issues with our accommodations, including a lack of hot water and a dirty room which dampened our experience. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, but the maintenance could have been more efficient, especially given the ongoing renovations.
